GIS and Anthropology

This course is on the subject of GIS applications in anthropology and archaeology.

Note this material is for a UCSB course from 2006. I've since taught a semester-long class "Geospatial Archaeology" for UC Berkeley Anthropology in Spring 2015 and I recommend following the link to the newer course content (Open Access) rather than continuing on this frozen archived page

Please use this updated version of the course!
